Bypillow The Bloom was charming and perfectly located, with friendly staff who went out of their way to assist. The room was clean and cozy, featuring lovely fluffy towels and comfy beds, and I appreciated the availability of hot drinks and free locker storage.

The modern, clean room was well-organized and offered convenience with luggage lockers available in the lounge area. An excellent location near the bus and railway stations made it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the overwhelming smell from the shower drain in room 307 detracted significantly from the experience, forcing us to sleep with the windows wide open. Communication regarding room issues was lacking, leaving us dissatisfied after the stay.

The location was perfect for exploring, especially for our kids who loved the nearby parks and shops. We really appreciated the comfy beds and the locker storage for our luggage. Breakfast was delightful, and we loved that tea and water were available all day.
My children wanted more spacious areas to play.

The Twin Room was small but had everything we needed and was super clean. The location was great, just a short walk to the historic district. I loved the access to lockers for our bags after check-out. However, the overall vibe felt a bit bland and the traffic noise was noticeable at times.

Cozy room, friendly staff with good service, conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station, and the provided hot drink station was a nice touch for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Chic & Cozy Stay!
Had a nice stay for 2 nights! Room was small but comfy, and I loved the daily cleaning. The staff were super nice and polite. There’s a chill lounge area for free tea and coffee, which was great! Just wish there was a better dining option on-site. Parking’s a bit far, too.
